A home that suits your garden and the occupant
Our models are the starting point. We look at the available space, the layout you want and the current or future housing and care needs. Then we work out the chosen model for your situation. You receive a clear floor plan and, where appropriate, a 3D impression before production starts.
Discussing wishes and situation
Together we map out what the occupant needs now and later, such as a ground-floor bedroom, a spacious living room or a step-free bathroom.
Working out layout and dimensions
Based on the chosen model, we work out the layout into a floor plan with dimensions. We discuss it together and adjust it where needed.
Proposal and 3D impression
Where appropriate, the proposal comes with a 3D impression of the exterior and the interior. That way you see materials and proportions before production starts.

The home is largely built and finished in our own factory. That is why it is in place after one day of installation. Beforehand, we agree the access, the foundation and the utility connections with you.
