If a permit is needed, we guide you through the application. The municipality decides on the application.
Design

A wheelchair version with wider passages is possible. Ask about it during the design stage.

before the startYou receive agreements on execution, price and planning.
The quotation states what is included in the price and what varies per situation, such as the foundation and the connections.
Production
own factoryThe home is built under controlled conditions in our own factory.
You are welcome to come and see your home under construction. Call or email to make an appointment.
Site preparation
before installationThe foundation and connection points are prepared.
The work in your garden is limited to the foundation and the connections.
Transport and installation
installation in one dayThe home is brought to the site and installed.
How the home gets into place depends on the access to your property. We look at that in advance.

How long does the process take?
Installation on site is only one part of the whole process. The lead time depends on things such as design choices, a permit or assessment by the municipality, the production schedule, preparation of the site and access. After the first consultation, we can give you a realistic schedule for your situation.
