We listen, measure your plot and draw up your wishes, including a 3D impression. At the table we go through it together and change whatever you would like to be different.
Factory & preparation
The home is built indoors in Ede while we prepare your garden and the utility connections.
Transport, installation & aftercare
The home is in place within one day. After that we remain your point of contact for as long as you live there.

The conversation
± 1 hour · freeWe come to your home and sit down at the kitchen table. No sales pitch: first we listen to your situation. Who will live there, what does the care look like, what do you want to keep? Only then do we talk about homes.
You speak straight away with the person who will guide your project. That same person remains your point of contact long after you receive the key.
Measuring up
± half a dayOur team visits to measure the plot and property boundaries to the centimetre. We look at access for the crane, where the utility connections will go and where the light falls, so the home will fit exactly.

Permit
we arrange thisA garden home (mantelzorgwoning) can often be placed in the back garden without a permit. If a permit is needed, we handle the complete application to your municipality, including drawings and supporting documents. You do not have to figure anything out.
The permit runs alongside design and production, so no time is lost.
Design
several optionsWe work out your wishes on your own plot: a floor plan with dimensions and a 3D impression of the exterior, so you can see the home standing before a single screw goes in. We go through it together at the table. Would you like something different, such as a door in another place or a larger bathroom? Then we adjust it until it is right.
A wheelchair version with wider doorways and turning circles is always possible. Just ask during the design stage.
The factory
± 6–8 weeksYour home is built indoors under controlled conditions in our workshop in Ede. No weather to delay the work, no damp in the structure. The same craftspeople you spoke to put the home together.
You are welcome to come and see your home while it is being built. Call or email to make an appointment and someone will take the time for you.
Groundwork
± 1–2 daysWhile the home is in the factory, we prepare your garden. The foundation, water, drainage and electricity are ready by installation day, so the home can be lived in straight away.
We arrange the utility connections with your grid operator. You do not need to make any appointments yourself.
Transport
our own transportThe finished home travels to your address in one piece, with our own drivers and our own escort. We set off early in the morning, so we have the whole day to put everything calmly in place.
Is access tight? We check the route in advance and, if needed, arrange a temporary road closure with the municipality.
Installation
one dayThe home arrives complete and is placed on the foundation. How that happens depends on your garden: sometimes it can be driven straight on, sometimes we lift it over the hedge. We know what is needed once we have measured up, and it is included in the price you receive in advance. Our fitters connect everything and check the home from roof to floor.
We tidy up your garden and leave it cleaner than we found it. You receive the key the same day.
Aftercare
for as long as you live thereIt does not stop when you get the key. One fixed number, the same people. We visit every year for a free check, and we are there if anything comes up.
Do your care needs change? The home can be adapted. We can add a hoist, an adapted bathroom or extra grab rails later on.
