Zorgwoning.nl B.V. ("we", "us") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy statement we explain which data we collect when you visit our website, use the permit check or submit a request for advice, why we do so, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The controller is:

2. Which personal data do we process?
2.1 Data you provide to us yourself
If you fill in the contact form or the request process, or call or email us, we process the data you provide, such as:
- your name;
- your telephone number and email address;
- the location of your plot or home;
- information about your situation and care needs that you share yourself;
- the stage you are in (for example "exploring" or "concrete").
2.2 Data from the free permit check
The permit check helps you assess whether a garden home (mantelzorgwoning) at your address may be placed permit-free. For this we process:
- the address and postcode you enter and the location you select;
- the associated cadastral designation and municipality and the Dutch national grid coordinates (Rijksdriehoek, RD), which we obtain from public sources;
- your answers to the questions in the check;
- your email address, if you choose to save your progress or create an account. We then send you a secure login link (magic link) by email; no password is stored.
2.3 Data that is recorded automatically
With every visit, our systems process technical data that is necessary to display and secure the website, including your IP address, the type of device and browser, the pages visited and the time, and data from cookies (see our cookie statement).
3. For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your data?
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |

| Handling your request for advice or contact request and approaching you for an appointment | Performance of (or steps prior to) a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |

4. Cookies and statistics
Our website uses functional cookies and, with your consent, analytical cookies to measure usage. You will find a complete overview and an explanation of how to enable and disable them in our cookie statement.
