Selling & repurposing
For a permit-free garden home, a demonstrable informal care relationship is usually enough. A formal care assessment (indicatie) is not always required; we help you find out what applies in your municipality.
From the first conversation to installation, we expect 3 to 5 months on average, depending on the permit and on preparing the plot. The installation itself takes one day.
Yes. The homes can be relocated. When the care ends, the home can be taken away or given a different use on the property.
We take care of the groundwork and the connections to water, electricity and sewerage. Everything is connected and tested at handover.
